Below is a brief description of the most often requested topics. The length of each speech, presentation, staff development or activity may vary depending on the agreed upon goal, objectives and expected outcomes.

STUDENTS

CREATING SAFE, HEALTHY AND SUCCESSFUL LIFESTYLES
This interactive motivational speech is a must for every middle, junior high and high school student population. This speech will definitely increase students’ awareness and understanding regarding the need, benefits and rewards to actively participating in creating and experiencing a safe, healthy, supportive and successful day and school environment. This high energy speech will help improve students’ decision-making and problem-solving skills. This speech also will inform students about positive, appropriate and effective ways to maintain positive and healthy peer and adult relationships. Equally as important, this speech or presentation will challenge students’ knowledge about drugs and other illegal substances by giving them the opportunity to win $1,500 or more by stating the correct answer to one specific question. By the end of this speech or presentation students will know what they need to do to be an active learner, achieve academically, and remain free of negative influences.

WHEN GIVING UP IS NOT AN OPTION: WHAT’S NEXT?
This educational/motivational speech is specifically designed for students who are struggling academically, socially, behaviorally and emotionally. This highly engaging speech will educate students about the benefits of not giving up. Equally as important, this speech/presentation will share some possible results when students choose to give up and not secure a formal, structured education. This motivational speech will help students understand what attitudes and behaviors are needed to never give up, but to always do their best while attending school. This interactive speech/presentation will inform students about the major differences between doing what is right and doing what is best. When students take the active position to not give up on themselves and to not give up academically, what’s next? This speech/presentation will provide the right answer, useful recommendations and helpful solutions.

SOAR BEYOND THE LIMITATIONS
This presentation will give students insight and strategies that will help them move beyond where they are to a place where they want to be. This speech is about helping students confront their your challenges, overcoming their obstacles and then invest in improving their school performance. It is during this speech students will come together and collectively perform a task they have never experience before while attending their present school. This speech is about helping every student take the necessary steps to change for the better and soar beyond their present limitations. This motivational/educational speech will explain ways students can move beyond where they are to where they can and should be as positive, productive and successful student and citizen.

THE DIFFERENCE BEGINS WITH YOU
This speech/presentation deals with real issues students are facing in a very real way. This speech will help students understand the benefits and rewards when they choose to take control of their preparation, learning and achieving academically and socially. Students will leave this presentation better prepared to take the required steps to maximize their learning and academic experience. This speech also will educate students about some of the short and long-term consequences when they intentionally choose to waist time, abuse resources and ignore opportunities to be a productive and successful student. Rather than waiting for someone to give them learning opportunities, passing grades or a third or fourth chance, students will be empowered to take advantage of every opportunity to learn, achieve and succeed the first time. Students also will fully understand that every time or every day they enter into their school building, it is another opportunity to move closer to achieving their goals and transforming their dream into a reality.

AVOIDING THE AVOIDABLE
Workplace etiquette is quickly becoming a major concern for both employers and employees. This interactive, engaging presentation/staff development will focus on examining professionalism from various perspectives. This staff development, training or workshop also will examine attitudes and behaviors that are appropriate and acceptable when serving as a professional.
